Pauline is a licensed social worker in the state of Ohio. She has over 10 years of experience with direct service providers in the non-profit industry. Based in northeast Ohio, Pauline specializes in areas of substance use and mental health counseling, specifically for agencies that provide community mental health services to underserved populations. Pauline has unique insight into how funding impacts everyday functioning in the non-profit environment. She has a passion for working to address challenges non-profit staff encounter due to a lack of resources. In her spare time, Pauline enjoys playing with her cats and music.
